Our service from Tub & Deck Tech has been exceptional! Steve and his crew have always demonstrated quality care for us, our home and our tub. When our Hot Tub broke down they were able to come after normal business hours to fix our problems. After giving Steve adequate detail over the phone, when he showed up on site he had the hot tub back up and running in a matter of minutes. They've also helped us with a more simplistic maintenance package that was better suited for our hot tub. We have received so much good service and advice from Steve that we wouldn't even think of calling anybody else.

Even one day without my tub is unbearable so thanks for getting out as soon as you did. Can't believe your customer service�... from trips (and return trips) to my back deck to the prompt return of telephone messages. In this day and age, that goes a long way.

Went outside last night, and we were up and running again. Stars were beautiful, tub was hot��.priceless !!

We were really pleased by the courtesy and professional of the Tub & Deck Tech team that arrived to move our tub. The crew arrived on time and quickly got to work. Our investment was lifted carefully onto a heavy duty transport dolly using an air bag system. The tub was cleaned and prepped for its move to Ottawa. Once at its new location, the crew unloaded and place our tub in its new spot, taking care to ensure it was exactly where we wanted it. The whole move, including a nearly 400km drive, didn't result in even a scratch ! I would strongly recommend anyone in need of a tub move to hire the professionals at Tub & Deck Tech.
